I thought that a TMT party with the 2 European social scientists
would be the perfect way for me to prepare for the big sleep.
I'm not deluded about my own mortality.
And yet,
when I look around,
I see that most people aren't trying to arrange
'overt' terror management theory parties,
all because the end is in sight.
On the contrary,
most people are too wrapped up in their great immortality projects
to even give death a second thought.
Whereas I'm thinking,
"If ever there was a time for a last hurrah,
now would be it !"
